WAREHOUSE/INVENTORY COORDINATOR

At PlainView LED, LLC, we take pride in continuous evolution. The driving force behind our business growth is skilled and dedicated team members. We’re searching for a qualified warehouse coordinator to help us maintain our position as an innovative authority in the digital signage industry. The ideal candidate will have project warehouse/inventory experience in managing multiple SKUs. The warehouse/inventory coordinator will present updates weekly to the Chief Operations Officer and Field Operations Manager, ensuring that our goal of innovation is being achieved.

  • OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE:
  • Manages warehouse inventory and maintains inventory database and bar codes
  • Coordinates and schedules the movement of products throughout the warehouse including storage and shipment of finished products
  • Implements daily production and shipping plan, arranging for excess stock to be stored in warehouse
  • Manages daily flow of finished products by modifying storage space assignments.
  • Confirms availability of items to be shipped by verifying inventory records or conducting inventories of required items
  • Manually handles, repacks, or restacks pallets of finished product as needed
  • Operates forklift truck as needed
  • Documents all related activities and completes forms and reports
  • Performs other related duties as directed.
  • REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology
  • Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures
  • Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid Tennessee driver’s license
  • At least two years of work experience in a warehouse required
  • Must be able to lift 20 pounds at times
  • Ability to move around the warehouse
  • Ability to stand and/or stoop for extended periods of time

PROJECT MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR

We’re searching for a highly qualified project coordinator to help us maintain our position as an innovative authority in the digital signage industry. The ideal candidate will have project management experience and strong skills in developing and overseeing work plans. The project coordinator will also prepare and present updates regularly to the Chief Operations Officer and Field Operations Manager, ensuring that our goal of innovation is being achieved.

  • OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE:
  • Build and develop the project plans to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and completion
  • Devise projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, and implementation plans
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
  • Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met
  • Establish and maintain relationships with relevant clients, providing day-to-day contact on project status and any changes
  • RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards, and assessing risks
  • Structure and manage integrated, multitrack performance of multiple projects
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and subcontractors
  • Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables
  • Report project outcomes and/or risks to the Chief Operations Officer and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan
  • REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
  • College degree or 1+ years of project management experience
  • Experience in managing multiple projects
  • Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
  • Proven success working with all levels of a team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
